Meet the Agrove Academy Citrus Heights Team

Our Coaches
Coach Ryan
After serving as a Marine in Iraq and facing severe PTSD, Ryan Webb found healing through strength training and the principles of StrongFit. This transformation fueled his desire to help others, leading him to open The Grove Fitness-a gym where people who feel out of place in traditional gyms can find a welcoming, supportive environment to grow stronger together.
Ryan’s mission took on new meaning when a boy with autism joined the gym. Through tailored StrongFit training, the boy’s physical strength, behavior, and communication transformed. Inspired by this, Ryan expanded his focus to the neurodivergent community, creating Agrove Academy’s specialized fitness programs for individuals with autism, Down syndrome, and other conditions. Today, Ryan and his team at Agrove Academy are dedicated to making fitness accessible and transformative for everyone, creating a space where every person can thrive.
Coach Brian
His extensive background includes roles as a personal trainer, former adjunct instructor at American River College, and owner of FIT2U In-home Personal Training, where he has honed his skills in strength and conditioning, adapted PE, self-defense, and sport-specific training. Beyond his professional achievements, Brian is an avid fitness enthusiast who enjoys working out, golfing, and spending quality time with his wife, friends, and family. He’s deeply committed to contributing to Agrove Academy’s mission and is excited to further invest in its growth and success.
Coach V
V’s sessions bring her love for art, music, and travel into her coaching style, creating a vibrant, supportive environment for all clients. Fun fact: V once dreamed of becoming a fashion designer, and she brings that creativity to every training session! Her goal is to grow alongside her clients and team, continually striving to make a lasting impact at Agrove Academy.
Coach Mimi
Advanced Gym Equipment
Agrove Academy’s neurodivergent fitness program focuses on functional training with purpose. We use essential equipment like barbells, sandbags, sleds, and ropes to master foundational strength movements such as squats and deadlifts to help our athletes become strong for life.
Unique Features and Facilities
Agrove Academy’s facilities are uniquely designed to serve the neurodivergent community with a calm and focused environment. We prioritize sensory-friendly spaces by using blacked-out floors, walls, and ceilings to reduce unnecessary stimuli, helping our athletes maintain concentration during training. What truly sets us apart is our integrated approach to fitness and life skills training, empowering our members to grow both physically and mentally in a supportive and structured environment.
